The Merchant and its owner(s) or principal(s) (individually, an “Applicant”) each represents, acknowledges and agrees as follows: (1) All information and documents provided to Fundersapp, LLC d/b/a Fundersapp are true, accurate and complete. (2) Applicant will immediately notify Fundersapp of any material change in such information or financial condition. (3) Applicant authorizes Fundersapp to disclose all information and documents that Fundersapp may obtain to other persons or additional entities (collectively, “Assignees”) that may be involved with determining whether I (“Applicant”) prequalify for credit or purchases of future receivables (collectively, “Transactions”), and each Assignee is authorized to use such information and documents (and to share such information and documents with other Assignees) in connection with potential Transactions. (4) Each Assignee will rely upon the accuracy and completeness of such information and documents. (5) I understand that by submitting this form, I am providing “written instructions” under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), authorizing Fundersapp to obtain information from my credit profile or other information from one or more consumer reporting agencies. This information will be used to determine whether I pre-qualify for credit or other financial products offered by Fundersapp. I understand that this is considered a soft inquiry and will not affect my credit score. I also understand that this authorization does not constitute an application for credit and does not guarantee approval. (6) Fundersapp, Assignees, and each of their representatives, successors and designees (collectively, “Recipients”) are authorized to request and receive any investigative reports, credit reports, statements from creditors or financial institutions, verification of information, or any other information that a Recipient deems necessary. (7) Applicant waives and releases any claims against Recipients and any information-providers arising from any act or omission relating to the requesting, receiving or release of information. (8) Each owner or principal further represents that he or she is authorized to conduct financial decisions on behalf of the business.
